Overall, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a phenomenal game that encourages so much creativity from building to fighting, and offers a giant world that gives the player so much to do. Nintendo made TotK so well, the story wasn’t as enchanting as BotW, but still really good, and with the gameplay literally just being everything about the original. With two exceptions, the fuse ability is in my opinion worse than the bombs, and sorta ruin the game, but the reason for which is just way too subjective to be discussed right now.With that said, if i were you and is aiming for cheapest (but confident enough) to run said game at 4K 60 fps then any 13th gen intel CPU would suffice theoretically as they all have higher clock speed (4.5 GHz) and higher number of cores (8 minimum IIRC). Totk is "super-botw," and for comparison, if botw were skyrim, totk would be ME: shadow of war, but the unpopular opinion is ME: SoW actually is better than Skyrim and the same applies here, just there are so many functions and bugs for what they charged $70 store price for.
